Voters have returned two of three Sebring city council members to office in today’s municipal election.
Top vote getter was Josh Stewart with 498, second overall was Harrison Havery was 429, finishing third was challenger David Leidel.
The top three finishers will take office.
Out of the running were incumbent Lenard Carlisle, former councilwoman Terry Mendel and newcomer Wayne Russell.
Only 13.4% of the electorate turned out to cast their ballots
